Return Policy


  • The product purchased directly from VSUPER comes with a 10-day return policy. Within 10 days of receipt of an order
  • Any hardware product sold for the use of our software should be returned with original packing when software service is terminated under return policy. Cost of return shippment customer should pay.
  • Defective items are handled on a case-to-case basis. This charge is to cover the processing fees, handling fees, and costs associated with the replacement, processing and execution of the order. All costs incurred regarding packages subject to return shipping will be handled by the customer.
  • Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 10 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
  • We will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep, wherever local partners are available in other areas we will make arrangement with local courier if not courier of your choice.
  • Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

Policy Note:

Your complete satisfaction is our only goal! In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home. However locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.
